Introduction

PURE AGRI provides a human resource management web and mobile application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal information that we collect about you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we use, share and protect it — including location tracking used for attendance and site verification.

Information We Collect
  • Account & Authentication Data: name, email, username, hashed password, employee ID and profile details you provide at registration or through HR onboarding.
  • Device & Usage Data: device identifiers, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, and analytics to improve performance.
  • Location Data: with your permission, we collect real-time and/or periodic GPS location data when you use features such as check-in/check-out, site attendance, geofencing, or navigation. Location data may be collected in the background where allowed by your device and OS settings.
  • Photos & Media: images or media you upload (e.g., check-in photos used for verification).
  • Optional HR Data: timesheets, leave requests, performance notes and other employment-related records processed on behalf of employers.
Why We Collect Location Data

Location tracking is used for legitimate HR purposes such as:

  • Verifying employee presence at client sites or workplaces.
  • Automating attendance and timesheets.
  • Providing navigation and site details.
  • Triggering geofence-based notifications and alerts.

We request location permission explicitly from your device. You can revoke permission at any time via your device settings. However, revoking may impact functionality.

Legal Basis & Consent

Depending on PURE AGRI jurisdiction, we process personal data based on one or more lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract with your employer, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in providing and improving the App. For location tracking we obtain explicit consent through mobile OS permission dialogs and/or in-app consent screens.

How We Use Information
  • Provide, operate and maintain the App and HR features.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Process attendance, payroll inputs, timesheets, and HR workflows.
  • Send notifications related to check-ins, shift reminders and approvals.
  • Detect, prevent and address technical issues and security incidents.
  • Aggregate anonymized data for analytics and product improvements.
Sharing & Disclosure

We may share personal data with:

  • Your Employer: Your employer or HR administrators will have access to employment and attendance data as part of normal HR operations.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that provide hosting, analytics, push notifications, and other services — they process data under contract and only as instructed.
  • Legal Requests: When required by law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Security

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. This includes encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where practical, access controls, and regular security reviews. However no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure — report suspected breaches to the contact below immediately.

Your Rights

Children

The App is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure adequate protections for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses where required.

Third-Party Links & Integrations

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services like maps providers for navigation. Those services have their own privacy policies — we encourage you to review them.
